Clean, decent, remodeled lately, close to campus and the city and beaches. Breakfast OK.

The room was disgusting-old, dirty, loose outlets, insufficient lighting. We went to the front desk to complain and they offered to change our room. The second room was slightly better, but still awful (why not offer the better room to begin with?). They said the first room was for "workers". We left - did not stay - would never book there again!

Property recommended as "pet friendly". Upon check-in informed clerk of our pet. 3 hours later clerk informed me of $* charge for pet. Room was filthy, microwv. inop. Informed desk and was told maint. man on break for 1 hour.

What a dump. Clerk was a obnoxious jerk, bathrooms were filthy, the room stank like fecal matter, walls were water stained. This place was the absolute worse place I have ever visited. DO NOT STAY HERE. In a high crime area.

We had gone to Wilmington to celebrate my graduation and that Ramada was a total disaster. The rooms was dirty, toilet had black slime on it, bathtub was disgusting. The lamp was broken, carpet so dirty that I had trouble wanting to step on it. Everything disorganized and falling apart.
