Decent hotel - Not honest pricing

I am peeved about the resort fee. The web site says this is included in the cost. But it isn't. So you will be charged extra when you check out. In general, I do not like to be scammed and these extra fees are scams. Just be honest about the price. I would not care about the extra $5 per day if it was included in the price. But to give a price for something then reneg the price and charge more in the name of some made up fee is fraud. I will not be going back to the hotel becaus of this.

Overall we had a very good experience, but the room itself left something to be desired. The furniture had extensive damage, the water faucet in the sink didn't work properly, and the decor needed updating (example: a wallpaper border extended only halfway across the room, as if the roll had run out and they didn't have another one).
The pool facilities were great, though, and more than made up for the room's shortcomings. There were actually four pools, two of which had water slides, so the kids loved them. Everything seemed new, clean and very well maintained. The front desk personnel agreed to let us extend the check-out time by an hour so we could swim just a little longer on our last vacation day.

Very nice, very clean hotel within close proximity to many things namely a WalMart. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Did not take advantage of the pool or the mini golf but they did look nice. Having the breakfast available was convenient as well although they seemed to have a hard time keeping it stocked with hard boiled eggs and fruit until 9:30am. Front desk and travel desk personnel were kind and helpful. We also took advantage of the free shuttle service to the parks which saved us $12/day in parking. Kind of a strict schedule for the shuttle, but hey, it's free! Would recommend and would stay again.

We are Floridians who are also Disney Annual Pass Holders. We've been to dozens of hotels in the Orlando area, and will always return to this hotel without looking around further! The price is great, and the hotel is clean, modern, and well-appointed. Our room was tasteful and very clean. We loved the microwave and fridge combo, and the complimentary breakfast was lovely. Who would've thought that "complimentary" included sausage, eggs, pancakes and waffles? It was such a pleasant surprise!
Our 12-year old loved the pools and water slides, and we even enjoyed a round of putt-putt in the morning.
This hotel is very close to the parks, but the area is not too over-crowded.
Take it from the locals - this is the way to go!

We stayed at this hotel with my wife and 2 kids age 6 and 5. The hotel in general was clean, the room and beds where ok. Bathrooms clean and it included breakfast, internet and parking. The Hotel does not have any restaurants and you must go out if you would like some good food. Rooms are small to dine in between 4. We had the small suite with the childrens bed and pirate pictures in the wall. It was nice for them but pillows could be better quality.
The pools where available and 3 of them with tempered water and nice slides for the kids. Ths spa tub worked fine and where great after the parks. The play room area is smalll and only has electronic games. No other distraction for the kids. In general good stay.
