The condition of the room was mediocre at best and questionable as to whether the sheets had actually been changed since the last guest. Though the room had been booked and paid for before arrival, my card was charged a higher and different rate a second time, discovered only upon my return home. When I requested a refund on the double charge, I was told it would be taken care of. Days later, I had to request a second time for a refund. The person at the desk blamed the booking agency and insisted I would have to go through the agency.
I did get my refund, but no consideration from the desk at this location. I will not be a guest at this location again.
