Good area. Bad hotel

The staff was clueless and rude. Our room smelled and there was no free breakfast. No one ever asked to see a room card on the way in at night and our bathroom was discussing. I truly am not one to complain about a hotel, as I just use them to sleep and shower, but this was not a pleasant stay. Lancaster is fantastic and we had a great time there but this hotel is not worth your time or money.
Nice, clean room for the money

Overall, this was a nice hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom was a bit small for 4 people to share. It is a non smoking hotel, yet smoke could be smelled near the employee/facility/storage rooms near elevators. Fitness room was just ok--treadmill didn't work well. Pool was nice.
It was good enough that we would stay here again, but might try another hotel if possible.

This hotel was ok. The rate was very affordable. The pool area left something to be desired. They also don't offer a continental breakfast. But, the rooms were clean and the people at the front desk were friendly.

I stayed at this hotel last month for the first time and I was very pleased by it. Our room was very spacious and clean. They employees and management could not have been nicer. It is a great hotel and I will definetaly go back. I recommend this hotel.

I travel 4 weeks out of 5 for business. This hotel was the worst. They recently bought the hotel, and have not updated it yet.
