Perfect Location

Right on the edge of the business district and next to the French Quarter, location of this hotel could not have been better. Rooms were clean and nice, and lobby area was always buzzing. Staff was outstanding. The only problem we had was accessing the pool. Access is down a back hallway, then outside and up some stairs. They had a lift for wheelchair access but couldn't find anyone with a key to run it. Also, meeting rooms were difficult to find due to confusing signage.

Stayed 4 days at the Sheraton with a friend. We had a blast in New Orleans. The room was very nice and extra clean, the beds were very nice. I wanted to take it home with me. Excellent view of the French Quarters. The hotel staff was really friendly. We met a guy at a local club that worked at the Sheraton, he told us where to go and what to see very helpful. The lady at the hotel bar was the one thing we will not forget. She was so nice and funny, she looks like the Food Networks Paula Dean. X was her name i believe. She was filling us in on the best resturants to try and the funnest bars. We had our photo taken with her our last day in new orleans. We will only stay at the Sheraton from now on. Loved it.

Great Hotel for Your Money

We stayed at a Club Level room and it was great! At this level, the hotel provides complimentary continental breakfast, hourdervs, internet access and acess to the fitness center. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. Our family would definitely stay again.

My son and I stayed here for a couple of days and the hotel was good. Great location with many amenities available. Parking is on the high side but it is convenient. The beds were fantastic, they were so comfortable that you literally do not want to get out of bed! The staff was very helpful and I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time! The room was spacious and clean, and had a gorgeous view of the city. The staff was helpful and extremely friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel was only a 5 minute walk to Bourbon Street, Riverwalk, and Harrah's Casino. In addition, the cable car pick-up was located directly in front of the hotel. We definitely plan on returning!!!!
