  • May 3, 2011
Quote: Great hotel. Definitely an American classic. Much of the Hotel's architecture and tiling is from the early 1900's, which give it a very historic appeal. Room was spacious, beautiful LCD TV and amazingly comfortable bed. Con: No High Speed Internet... Read the full The Seelbach Hilton Louisville review

Good stay, but soundproofing needed.

  • 3 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • April 12, 2011
Quote: My previous stay at this hotel was great. I would downgrade this one to good. The bed was very comfortable, but I could hear every sound from the room next door. It was awkard. Th room service was fair to good in quality, but the late menu is quite... Read the full The Seelbach Hilton Louisville review

Horsey charm

  • 4 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • March 5, 2007
Quote: Lovely old hotel, lots of historic charm. The rooms are small and our windows did not open and were about 5.5 feet from the floor? Had to stand on tip toes to peek out but could look up and see the tall buildings. Lighting was abysmal in the... Read the full The Seelbach Hilton Louisville review

would not stay here again

  • 1 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • November 6, 2006
Quote: This hotel is awful. The rooms are small, the hallways smelly musty and the elevators are ancient. The are no electrical outlets by the desk and the room lighting is poor. Heating and cooling is also poor. AAA 4 diamond rating is a joke!

Disappointed

  • September 10, 2006
Quote: The room was small for two people, the fine dining room was closed the two nights I was there and there was trash on the floor in the hallway that stayed there for two days.
