Great Location

Hotel was right where we needed to be, not to far for night life. staff was very knowledgable about good places to go out and see and were very friendly. The most comfortable stay in a long time! Only problem, which was taken care of right away, was blood stains on one of the bed linens.
Not for the faint of smell....

The suite was spacious and with ample room for my friends and I to enjoy a long weekend. The only negative was that the room smelled like cigarette smoke and there were leftover cigarette ashes around the trash can by the desk. One of my friends was having sinus difficulties due to the smell. Also, my other friend slept on the sofa bed in the separate living room and couldn't get to sleep because she kept hearing faint "machiney" sounds all night long at start/stop intervals.
The hotel is a decent place to stay...but I doubt I'd go back.

Excellent 2 room suites, room service, mini-mart ok, staff top quality training, no flashdrive access to business center computers (send documents to yourself) and you can print out from internet. Has bar and restaurant. Staff can recommend good restaurants in the area. Daily paid parking in adjacent lot.

I thought it was the best hotel in Columbus. I always try to get a room here before any other hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the Doubletree from 6/16/06-6/18/06. My sister had reserved a block of rooms for her wedding. The location was convenient for walking to the venue she chose for her wedding. The hotel is well kept. However, I felt it was slightly overpriced. Afterall, Columbus is not NYC, but the price was higher than I pay for a hotel room in NYC of the same caliber. I could not believe the taxes and additional $12/day fee for parking. Outrageous!
