I needed a financially reasonable place to stay for a week while looking for an apartment for my daughter. We had a lot of luggage plus a Yorkie dog. Our room was large, with a fridge and microwave, a view of the Ashland hillside and a green meadow next door to walk the dog. Complimentary breakfast was good, was served in a separate cheery breakfast room and always included some fresh fruit. Hotel is family-run. they were available, friendly and responsive. I noticed a lot of campers and bike-riders seem to use the hotel for a few nights. It reminded me a little bit of small inns in Italy or France where attention to detail makes all the difference.
