Good Day all,
First let me give you a little insight. I had a cold when I arrived. My plane landed late, to late for room service and I had just left the office before I boarded the plane.
( By the way the plane tore my luggage and let's just say the unmentionables were all over the carousel) Pretty horrible day. When I arrived at the Lodge at 9:40p I was greeted with smiles and how may I help you? ( I know you think typical wording, But it had more feeling then some friends of mine that week....They were prompt and accomodating.. I was able to receive a light snack although I was past Room Service hours. The staff were sweet and helpful. Heard my whole crazy story and even mentioned they could assist with finding me another bag. My bed was so comfortable I was able to sleep very well which was the one worry I had considering I felt as if I had the worst cold in history... I then met another staff member who was helpful with food, & directions and so much more. The Lodge was a great experience overall
*** To say the least I loved my stay and this was for business!!!! (Training). Even though I was unwell, they helped me so much.
Loved IT!!!
Enjoyed my stay and saved lots of $$

Over all, I enjoyed my stay at the los gatos lodge. The room was clean, nice, loved the gardens, the continental breakfast was perfect and the price of my room was the best part about my stay! I paid $* for a queen, with all the amenities of an expensive hotel. The lodge needs a few upgrades, but over all my stay was great.
The perfect place for a romantic weekend!

After 10 years of marriage, i decided to look around for a non expensive hotel, that can accomodate my needs. I looked around and all hotels in the city of San Jose were very expensive and there was nothing really special about any of the hotels. In my research, all hotels in the San Jose and Campbell area have the same offers for the same s expensive price. Not until I found the Los Gatos Lodge, I liked the priced they offered me, and all i had to say was "its my anniversary weekend" when the reservation agent mentioned a special they have going on for the months of January and February! I loved the hotel. They have beautiful rooms facing the pool and the garden, the staff was curtious and friendly, the room was small but well kept and clean. It was worth every penny i paid for! Maybe in 15 more years, i would't mind renewing my wedding bowels at the Los Gatos Lodge, as I also saw, the banquet room had an event and the set up was beautiful. I loved my stay at the Los Gatos Lodge and would recomend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay with low cost for the sleeping rooms.

I stayed at the los gatos lodge after looking and doing a lot of research for a pet friendly hotel. I have 2 pets and its very hard to find a nice location with outdoors that can accomodate my needs and my pet needs. Finally, after so long, I found the lodge. They accept pets, they have a reasonable pet fee of * one time fee per stay.. Its was perfect and i will always come back and stay at the lodge.
