The customer service has always been great here. We stayed here last year and liked it so much, we had to come back this year. The casino is never really crowded, the table minimums are low. Everyone is very helpful and polite. Josh's is a great restaurant. Starbucks in the lobby very convenient. Wireless Internet wasn't working at first but worked eventually, not the hotel's fault.
