Doubtful it's worth the price

I stayed in this hotel during a peak period weekend of the Christmas market. Our rate was 500 USD per night for room with a king-sized bed. While the location is prime, there are many other hotels not all that far away. I was underwhelmed by the hotel, given the exorbitant price. Our room was large but the rugs were tired to somewhat dirty. The room did not come with a complementary coffee or teapot - standard in far lower quality hotels. One of the closet doors was off the track and one of the window curtains was not affixed to its track properly (this is obvious to anyone who would walk into the room) . The TV was small and the number of stations few. You could download many PPV movies for 14 euro per movie!. The free "business office" with an internet enabled computer was also substandard. The computer had a virus that slowed it to a grinding pace, and the printer was out of toner (which the desk knew but was unable to fix). I had a far superior stay at a hotel in Brussels that was literally a quarter of the price. Overall, this place is not worth it.
