The outside of this hotel looks fine it has nice decorations and looks good around the beautiful scenery Florida has to offer. But when my family and I got in the inside it was non welcoming. The clerk acted as if she didn't want to be bothered,we got to our room which looked nothing liked what was shown on they're photo display. The swimming area looked okay until you got into it.I advise you to donot get in unless you want to be itching like crazy afterwards! Their fitness room is a mess it smelled like strong mildew!Which was never clean of all the days I was there!! the bus service was ridiculous you had to hurry to get on the bus to get to the park and when leaving or the bus driver would just leave you.But to top it all off the last day when my family and I were anxious to leave there was a huge cockroach that came out of nowhere!!!! We were disgusted! We are coming back to Florida in September but not to this filthy hotel! U'd be better off in a shelter!!!

TERRIBLE hotel!

This was probably the worst management I've ever encountered in a hotel. If you're going to Disney and plan on staying until the parks close, do NOT stay here... unless you want to pay $25 each night via cab back to the hotel. They say "free shuttle" but that shuttle stops running at 9:30pm and 8:30pm on Sunday. Plus you have to get on it too early... the parks aren't even open yet! They then lead you to believe free breakfast in the morning. only when you get finished eating, they charge you $6 ea. for it. Our room didn't even get cleaned hardly! The bedspread was just thrown on the bed, clearly wasn't vaccumed, dirty towels were left hanging in the bathroom area. It was terrible. Nothing felt clean, partly because most was not cleaned. The pillows were the thinest I've ever seen. I had to stack two together just to make it partly normal. The bed literally hurt my shoulder (from just sleeping on the side a few hours) because it was so hard. Spend alittle extra money and stay somewhere else! This hotel is not worth any amount you could save. On top of everything, the cab was $50 from the airport to the hotel. Spend this $100 (from boths ways) and stay somewhere else!

Never Again!!!

Check in was very easy but the lobby is filthy!! It tends to let know what to expect when you get to the room. Not well maintained. Going up to the rooms th youe stairs are sticky from soda, ice cream or something. Old mattress under the stairs. Used condoms on the stairs. Disgusting!! When you enter the room there are two double beds non smoking which we asked for. Long bureau, table and two chairs. Everything is old. Black multi colored carpeting. Small refrigerator. Inside the fridge the shelves have rusted shelves. The bathroom needs HELP. Tile floors which do not even fit the entire floor. Big gap between the door and floor the same gap between the floor and the tub enclosure. They had some little tiny bugs running on the bathroom counters. When asked the management they told me it was because of the humidity and being in Florida. Trust me I travel to Florida many times a year and I have not been in a place like this before. I think I will be staying in a timeshare from now on. No more Howard Johnson's for me. If you do stay here bring your own cleaning supplies.

I stayed here for two nights. The room was old and not the greatest. For a few bucks more you can stay else where and get breakfast included. The staff were the worst. They were liers who outright lied straight to my face. I was duped into staying another night by the staff who promised me certain things and reassured me that he will make certain of it. But the next morning denied any such conversation and said no. The phone in the room didn't work for incoming calls and even that they didn't believe me which I had to prove to them, it already looked as though they changed it once before as the room number on the phone didn't match the actual room number. So I missed the wake up call twice for the shuttle service to disney and had to pay myself for gas and parking. Also internet didn't work in the rooms as they advertise, they said I had to come in the lobby and use it...after I checked in. In the end this place is a dump and there is way too may other places to choose from to settle for this dump.

Go elsewhere.

This motel has gone downhill. Our room smelled like cat urine, AC quit, spa wasn't hot, pool ladder broken, we had ants, ice machine broken, wifi kept kicking us offline. Bed box springs shook like jello, Disney shuttle came 15 minutes early, restaurant now serves Indian food, breakfast $6.99 person. No kids ice cream, charge $2 "convenience fee", two-week guest said his sheets not yet changed. Our vanity (one with ants) sported sign reading, ?All linen is inventoried upon check-out. An appropriate charge will be made for missing items.? Guest-friendly? Pick another motel. ANY other motel.
