The suite was nice and large with a separate bedroom and kitchen area. Free High speed internet makes it ideal to conduct business as if you were at home. The location was centrally located between uptown Charlotte and the numerous shopping areas just south of the city. I will definitely stay here the next I'm in Charlotte. The staff offered a lot of information about the area and they even let us check 4 hours before we were scheduled. This is a great place and they even provided free breakfast that included real food not that continental stuff.

From the registration to check-out it was outstanding. We felt they really cared about our requests. We got directions with their business card, to call in case we got lost. The complimentary wine, beer, goodies at night and the delicious hot breakfast were more than expected. The weather was too cold to enjoy the pool, but we did enjoy sitting by the fireplace in the lobby area with a cup of coffee and a newspaper. We had never heard of Summerfield but now will look for them whenever we travel.

From beginning to end, our visit was excellent. Our room was spacious and spotless. We were really impressed with the size of the room. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend this hotel to friends and family.
