Excellent location on the waterfront, close to restaurants and pubs, the front desk always ready to help you in your concerns. Definitely I come back and I recommend to anybody. The restaurant has live music and a pool table. Only a mile away from the mansions blvd.
Great location-loud.

Excellent location. Older hotel with paper thin walls. Restaurant on location was disappointing-fortunately there were plenty of others nearby to chose from. Overpriced.

The location was perfect, the service was outstanding, I forgot my phone charger and they called me and mailed it to my home right away.
The room service was great and the price was very reasonable.
Great price for a nice place

We stayed here for one night when the tall ships were in town. Got the room last minute. The price for the room was almost worth the ease of parking with all the traffic and people around. The parking lot is also closed off and guarded 24/7. This hotel is right in the middle of everything in downtown Newport. Had a great area to sit by the harbor too! The room and hotel look was good not great, but overall great place to stay. We only had one problem, our door wouldn't lock one time when we went to leave at night. They replaced the knob in about 20 minutes. Slight inconvenience, but what are ya gonna do.
Ideal location, good value for the area

We chose this property because of its proximately to the local attractions and restaurants. It was great, we could walk everywhere. The rooms seem to have been recently renovated, so overall it looked and felt new and comfortable. Ask for a room on the ground floor facing the marina. It's beautiful and the sunsets are amazing.
