Quote: I arrived very early in the morning.....shady people hanging out in the lobby, very scary for a woman traveling alone. Hotel itself smelled like cigarettes even tho I stayed in a nonsmoking room. Staff was rude! I checked out 1 day early because... Read the full Travelodge Rockford review

Pleasant Stay

  • 5 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • February 17, 2009
Quote: Friendly staff. Ample choice of breakfast. This was the cheapest hotel I found in Rockford after searching for 2 hours. But finding it was time well spent. I have stayed at this hotel before, and it is well-maintained. I will recommend it to others.

Quote: Wish I'd seen these reviews before we stayed! Forfeited the weekly rate after 3 nights. Can't believe we stayed that long but were only there to sleep - days spent elsewhere. The roach I saw in the dimly lit room as soon as we got there should... Read the full Travelodge Rockford review

Travelodge

  • March 10, 2008
Quote: Dirty toilet, soiled and unchanged sheets and an insect running across the carpet are not the signs of a quality motel. I was very disappointed and disgusted. There was also garbage in the hallways and the unsupervised teenagers across the hall... Read the full Travelodge Rockford review

Poor Condition

  • October 3, 2007
Quote: This hotel is in poor condition and should be taken out of service. The hall and room had a bad odor. The room was small and dark. The rug had burns in the carpet. The parking lot did not look secure. I would not recommend it to anyone. There... Read the full Travelodge Rockford review

So bad we left and stayed 45 minutes away!

  • 1 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • April 30, 2007
Quote: This place was so dirty and disgusting we didn"t even stay. Even though the whole town was sold out for the weekend, we found a place 45 minutes away and drove up there at 10:00 at night!

Don"t stay here

Quote: Hotel listed as ** rating - believe it shouldn"t have even 1 *. Older hotel, stained carpets, matress shot.
