My fiance and I were on vacation and needed a nice but less expensive hotel to stay in that was not too far from Sanibel Island. We found this hotel and when our eyes first set upon it we thought we made a mistake and bought a room at a 5 star hotel instead! This hotel was beautiful and clean. The pool is huge and is safe. The staff were so friendly that it felt as if we were on a remote island somewhere in Hawaii. The hotel is right next to delicious restaurants and wonderful stores for shopping!
I would definitely return to this hotel!!! :D

Room was clean. No bed bugs. Convenient to the pool for most rooms. Had a good variety of breakfast choices. They allow your pets, which is nice. A little short on space for pets to do their business so to speak. Otherwise a decent value for the price.
Stay somewhere else!!!

Made sure the door was locked at all times. Noisy. Some guy propositioned my husband when he went to get a soda from the soda machine. By the way, the soda machines did not work and there is no place convenient to walk to in order to get something to drink.

Room never got cleaned after 1st night, no new towels, kids rowdy all night & desk staff rude about it, unclean, room smelled funky

Room not cleaned for 3 days. High school baseball time in hotel too, noise unbelievable, jumping from 2nd floor into pool and toilet papering cars. front desk staff no help. Manager did offer free night, I refused, wouldn't stay there again even if for free.
