Clean rooms. Great location. Execellent staff. Bell Captain got us sea side dining table on 5 minute notice, shuttled kids to Walgreens to buy sunscreen. Gave us great cruise advice. If your flying in the night before a cruise - stay here.

We stayed with our two young children and had a great time. Rooms are big and clean, beds were very comfortable and staff was friendly. Breakfast is a little crowded at the times we went but food was good. The only thing I would suggest is a partition between the bed and sitting area so if someone wants to lay down and not be bothered by someone watching tv in sitting area. Otherwise it was great and would stay again.

"We were very pleased with this hotel on our visit to Tampa. Spent 2 nights prior to a cruise and would highly recommend it. The shutttle service will take you anywhere you want, the pool was great, but too much chlorine in the hot tub. (it bleached our bathing suits)The suites were lovely and the bed very comfortable. The restaurant at the Best Western around the corner is very good. Would definitely stay here again"

Rooms were nice, a little stuffy, no noise from airport considering location, staff treated us like second class citizens because reserved through [a third party], stated "well the leftover rooms are for people like you", house keeping staff rude, I doubt I will ever stay there again
