The people at desk very nice, I came from wedding and my suit case did not make my flight, no fault of hotel but affects one"s mood. Hotel difficult to find "Especially since sign lights were out.I did not feel bed properly made, that toilet seat clean, and did not want to sit on bedspread or chair. But, for $* a nite. It was alright. I have traveled all over the world. I was in Cruise Industry for 13+ years. Thank You for Your services. You guys are great

Not at all what we expected, in need of some updates. Beds were sunken in, room we were given looked as if housekeeping may not have been quite finished, staff was friendly but unable to resolve anything for us.
