We have not stayed at a Best Western for years but thought we'd give it a try after reading some of the reviews. It's a great value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was more than accomodating and the hot breakfast was good + their singing cook was a lot of fun. The location is great too. We were in walking distance to restaurants and near shopping etc. Give it a try!

We enjoyed everything about the hotel with one exception. The rooms were great, the pool awesome, and the breakfast buffet more extensive than offered many places. My only negative was going into one of the public restrooms one morning and it STANK. But they addressed it right away, so the service was good.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Most staff friendly. Found hair in breakfast food (no hairnets on staff) Night Front desk clerk was not of a helpful attitude and said the extra person fee of $7, as listed on internet was wrong. She quoted $10 and said they wouldn't honor any price or policy on the internet listing.

My husband and I wanted to get away and relax. And we found a really nice welcome at the BW. The staff was really helpful and friendly and the room was so clean and just relaxing. It was very quiet. The breakfast was hot and delicious. For shopping it is perfect it's right next to the mall and a lot of other stores, plus any restaurant you want.

The check in was smooth. Personnel was very friendly. Room appeared clean and was quiet but they use an air freshener that was very strong and I had to go to sleep with the sheet over my head. People with perfume allergies would not be happy. Everything else worked good and food was hot for nice breakfast which was included.
