This hotel chain offers the best accomodations without being unreasonably priced. My friend and I stayed at this hotel when we took our boys to a national TKD tournament in the area. We were so pleased with the rooms, service by staff and restaurant on site. It was one of the most relaxing weekends we have had, even with the tournament going on, and we can't wait to take a vacation so we can stay there again. So many wonderful things that can be said about this place. Staying here is a real treat.

Our stay at Embassy Suites in Charlotte was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the ammenities of the hotel are great. Rooms are clean and roomy and comfortable. Food was good and staff was great and the in house Omaha Steak House had marvelous food and great staff.
Always look forward to staying here

We stay here every year when attending the motorcycle show in January. Spacious rooms, beautiful lobby, free drinks during evening happy hour, complimentary breakfast is tremendous, top notch steakhouse in the hotel. The staff is always courteous and we just never seem to have any hassles when we stay here. The only complaint I have is there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Other than that, very satisfied on multiple stays here.

My husband & I spent our honeymoon here & loved everything about this hotel! Very reasonable rates for all they offer! Very friendly & helpful front desk service! We deffinately will be back for an anniversary or two!!!Only complaint is that someone from housekeeping made a couple calls from our room while we were out which we were charged for.
