Our room was missing some towels and glasses when we checked in. The hotel staff found another larger room for us and helped us move our things to the new room. The staff was kind, courteous, and very happy to help us move. They went above the call of duty in helping us. Our new room was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and the pool and fitness center are modern and state-of-the-art. I will definitely stay here anytime that I am in Charlotte, NC.
If you love sirens...

The ambulance and police sirens sounded like they right outside the door. At least six times during the night we were awakened by screaming sirens. Train tracks are very close--no horns, but the rumbling was very loud. On the other side of the building, it may have been better. I probably would not stay here again, although the hotel itself and the staff were up to Embassy Suites standards.

Our visit to Charlotte was made more memorable by the staff and accommodations at this hotel. The breakfast which was included in the price was superb. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We would stay here in a heartbeat.
