Good for a Week or More
Good value for extended stay, even during Tucson Gem & Mineral show when all hotels raise rates. Convenient to some shows. Minimal amenities, as other reviews mention. They DO now give shampoo if you ask. Too many smoked out rooms that booking a non smoking room may get you a smoking room. Office & staff is friendly & helpful within limits of this kind of once a week serviced studio room. Mini kitchen works well for keeping on a budget. Working person's hotel. Grocery store 2 miles away but C-store close by at nearby gas station.

The rooms were very dirty, animal hair all over, carpets filthy, was urine on floor around commode. pubic hairs in the shower, boogers and other things stuck to the walls. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will i ever stay here again.
Awful

Friendly staff and value were the only plusses.
This motel is more of a weekly-rate hotel than a tourist or business traveler motel.
Towels and linens are only changed once a week. The rooms were dirty. I was booked as non-smoking but given a smoking room (which I switched). No soap, no shampoo, no nothing. Inconvenient to downtown (about eight miles from downtown, out near the airport). I would never stay there again.

We spent longer there last summer than planned.Family we were traveling with were delayed arriving many times. This is an extended stay-type hotel with weekly room cleaning.Kitchenetts are small but met our needs. Our cats enjoyed looking out the window.Bathrooms do not have tubs, just showers. We had the two bed unit.During storm season power can go out, it did a few times while we were there. They do not have back-up power. It was not something that we needed to change hotels over.We just went and got a flashlight.Guests from other rooms also sat out on those nights.Staff friendly, and we felt safe enough so that I did laundry at night.
Horible

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Tucson Int'l Airport. Thr room was absolutely horible. The bathroom ceiling above the shower had mold growing, no bath soap, no shampoo, no coffee but a coffee maker, bathroom floor had not been swept or moped in sometime. Very noisey after hours. Front entry dorr into room was bent at the bottom like it had been kicked in at one time. Hotel staff did nothing to make this right at all. Every promise made by the staff was not kept. I will NEVER stay nor recommend this hotel again. Travel agency needs to seriously reconsider their agreement with this hotel.
