This hotel is under construction. The hammering/drilling begins at 7 am. The beds are rock hard. The temperature fluctuates from too hot to too cold. The TV did not work. The balcony ($* per day extra) overlooked the construction pit. The toilet plugged. The hotel would not refund any of our money because of their "agreement with online travel website ."

This is the most centrally located hotel in Old Town. You can walk to everything! The rooms were fine - somewhat updated. However, don't expect much from the hotel. Everything is being remodeled...everything.

The hotel fails to notify you of major construction. The front desk relocated to 2nd floor. Noise begain by 8am, Rooms felt humid, moldy. Assume OK under normal conditions. Bed was the best, room looked very clean.

This is a very well-appointed and staffed Holiday Inn, right downtown in Old Town. All service people were helpful, shuttle to the Metro was excellent. We were upgraded to an executive floor and had our complete hot breakfast served on that floor. The parking garage is a tight squeeze, and we were lucky to get the last space at 11:00 AM. Plus we had to pay an extra $10 for that, due to the fact that parking in Old Town is at a premium. When we left on Saturday, no one was on duty at the toll box, making me think we could have escaped that charge. Otherwise, top notch.
