Touchstone Hotel

My boyfriend and I made reservations to stay at the hotel for our one year anniversary the second week of march. It looked great in the pictures so we were really excited. We got there and could not believe the great location. Service from valet and front desk was nice. Here comes the unpleasant surprise. The hotel was not at all what we expected. It smelled funky when we walked out of the elevator. Come in to our room to find dirty curtains, a tiny TV that seemed quite old on the top corner of the room, hair that DID NOT belong to either of us in the bathroom and the bathroom window would not close. Needless to say we did not stay there, and I had to end up calling my credit card company to refuse the charges.
Today is March 27, 2007, and I am still waiting for a call back from the "manager" to solve my reimbursement issue for the cancellation.
