Careless in Boulder

The front desk clerk was very short on his answers to simple questions. I was in town for the annual Bolder Boulder road race. The hotel staff acted like they had never heard of it. It draws 53,000 people! The hotel was okay but the price was high for what you get. I wouldn't recomend. It's located on the outskirts of Bolder. Try something on 28th if you want closeness to Pearl St. Mall or other attractions.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at the far north end of town, a few minutes away from restaurants and shopping, but buses were cheap, clean and ran by the hotel every 15 minutes, making it easy to get around. Overall a very nice stay in a clean, quiet and comfortable room.

The staff are very friendly, the rooms are soothingly decorated and clean, and they have afternoon popcorn and cookie time in addition to the full continental breakfast. Cookie time! The worst feature is that it's located on the outskirts of town, so be ready to drive or take the SKIP bus (which stops right out front and comes frequently).

Front desk with an attitude. Management stunk from top to bottom. Room had bad odor and we don't think they changes the sheets on one of the beds. Staff acts like they are the guest anwe werea bother. We planned to stay 4 days but cancelled after one and they still charged for 2 days. Count me as a lost customer.

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Free bottles of water every afternoon in lobby was nice. Breakfast was good. If staying with kids, ask for passes to Gateway Park. These saved us $30.00.
