Stayed one night with my husband for an appointment at Hershey Medical Center. Our room had one king bed and an in-room jacuzzi tub! Had no issues with the room at all. Seemed very clean and in good repair. We did not use the pool, but did check it out for future visits. It seemed a little dark as it is on the lower level, but was adequate. Our kids certainly would not care. Breakfast offered cereal, danishes, French toast (pop in toaster), toast, bagles with cream cheese, make-your-own-waffles, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, juice, milk, coffee, and tea. Evening front desk employee made an EXCELLENT recommendation for supper at a local restaurant (Pavone's). We would definitely stay here again...and eat at Pavone's again, too!

I rented 2 rooms in the quality inn and suites. Upon returning to my room * and * there was an unusual bug in the corridor. I killed it for the fear it would go into one of the rooms. To my disbelief I killed 7 of them in total between both rooms in 2 hours. One of which fell on me. I was hesitant to call front desk because the children were sleeping and one of the adults had a phobia of bugs. So, not to cause any panic or big comotion I reframed from calling. Upon check out the next morning I told the manager and the clerk at the front desk. They had nothing to say but have a nice day. I think that those rooms should be thoroughly exterminated and check before anyone enters.I could not get any sleep for the fear of one on me or worst the children. This was supposed to be a fun weekend but it turned out to be a bad experience. If you like I have a picture of the bug that was in the room.
