Did Not Meet Expectations

  • June 4, 2011
Quote: First a description of where the hotel is located. It is about a mile from the University of Arizona, on the outskirts of the downtown area. It is extremely close to Interstate 10. If you have a room facing the interstate, like I did, you will hear... Read the full InnSuites Tucson review

Nice enough, close to Interstate for easy access

  • 4 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • April 12, 2011
Quote: The hotel had a very nice entrance, grounds were very beautiful and the breakfast had a variety of choices. The rooms had outside access only and you could tell they were old but updated. A friend stayed as well and both of our rooms were missing... Read the full InnSuites Tucson review

Not exactly a well run hotel.

  • March 15, 2011
Quote: Our reservation was lost. Check-in took 20 minutes while they tried to find it. The desk clerk was poorly trained. There was no elevator to second floor suite. One small complimentary bottle of water for two people for entire stay.City map provided... Read the full InnSuites Tucson review

Disappointed

  • 3 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com

Quote: These hotel rooms are nothing like the pictures online. It's an old hotel that they did a 1/2 assed job redecorating. Smelled funny. Staff was courteous and pool area/bar were nice - but don't expect much from the rooms.

Fair value for the price.

Quote: If you are using this hotel to just sleep at for a few days it is probably ok. I wouldn't use it if you are hoping to enjoy the hotel facilities themselves.

Good Place for the Price and the Continental breakfast was great!

  • February 10, 2011
Quote: We had no problems at the hotel. It is close to down town and within a short drive distance to 4th Ave. and the University of Arizona. When we went we got a free drink each night at the bar/ lounge which was nice. The breakfast that was included was... Read the full InnSuites Tucson review

Good value!

  • February 8, 2011
Quote: I would stay here again. I have actually stayed before this visit. First, I would say the staff is courteous. The room is clean and quiet and has all the essentials for me (coffee maker, fridge and tv). Best of all for me are their very comfortable... Read the full InnSuites Tucson review

Good place to stay for the $$

Quote: Overall, an average hotel. You can tell that the place was once top of the line, but someone should remind them about preventative maintance. I would stay here again.
