I again enjoyed stay here, and way beyond the two free drinks for Happy Hour. Awesome breakfasts, great rooms, great service, very helpful and accommodating!

We were here long enough to pull out the laptop and find another hotel. It was terrible. I can handle old and in need of repair but this was awful. The pictures of the front desk and lobby areas look similar to the pictures but I believe they were taken long ago. The room we were in looked nothing like the pictures. The front desk staff was rude. We booked a non-smoking one-room suite. It was your typical hotel room, not a suite, except it was old and very dirty..the bathroom floor was sticky and there was hair on the floor. The bed looked comfy and new though. Looked like they put a nice new bed in an old, dirty room. There were two doors to our room, one led to the hall and one led to the parking lot. The security lock on the door leading outside did not work so we could not secure the door. This exterior door could not be entered from the outside due to "security problems" but, yet, the exterior access doors to the hallways were unlocked..go figure. Our room was near the freeway which was very loud. When I informed the front desk we were leaving he seemed a little nicer. He offered us a "suite" on a higher floor. I told him that did not protect my car and turned down his offer. I decided to cut my loses and move on. Which I did and the rest of my trip was great. Good luck..

This hotel was ok. A bit on the old side, but the room was clean and it was nice to have the mini-fridge. There was no remote for the TV, though, and we couldn't find any HBO or local channels. Not a huge deal. We left a note for the cleaners the next morning asking for a remote and they did provide one, but it didn't work!! Funny.
All in all, it was ok. I would stay again.

This hotel is in a excellent location, however the property is in need of a major facelift. The elevator and carpet in the common areas is shabby. While the room was clean, the porcelaine in the bathtub was peeling. The hot tub was filthy with peeling paint, in addition to the whirlpool not working.
I used the business center computer. There were two unsupervised teenagers looking at porn. In fact, the place was buzzing with unsupervised teenagers who took control of the pool. Probably will not stay there again.
