The hotel was fantastic.

This hotel was really beautiful. The room was extremely clean and the bathroom immaculate. The best part was the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed ever, with lots of fluffy pillows.

Poor Swimming Pool

We reserved a room just to take the kids swimming for the weekend. The swimming pool was very cold. The enclosure where the pool is was 63 degrees. We tried to swim but the water and air were just too cold. Even the "hot tub" was only warm. When we asked an employee if the room and/or water could be heated up, he replied that the system was bad and when the temperature outside was cold there was nothing that could be done. We decided to check out. The front desk staff seemed somewhat concerned, and pleasant, but completely helpless. Follow-up complaints to Hilton's Customer Service seem to have very little impact. If you are from out of town and expect a "HIlton Experience" from this hotel, I feel you will likely be very dissappointed.

First impressions were good, but the Air conditioning didn't work, plus the sink and tub didn't drain. Exoected much better from a Hilton!

We paid a little extra so we could take our kids to a nice hotel so we decided on hilton. This place is really run down. we were in town for a party and had to hurry back so the kids could swim because it goes to adult swim at 10. the adults ended up not minding so they got to swim til midnight.

I found the hotel to be a bit of an "industrial" Hilton--not very fancy, but pleasant. My room was larger than normal, and when my free high-speed Internet connection didn't work, they quickly and efficiently moved me to a new room.

Room service was fair but not great. The bed was quite comfortable, and the room was very clean. The indoor pool is large enough to swim some laps, and the restaurant is nice. (See Spinnakers in this journal.)

Counter service was exceptional, and any questions or requests I had were seen to promptly.
