A Heavenly Experience

From the time I walked in the door I was treated like royalty. I wanted to stay in hotel that i haven't stayed in before and this was such a wonderful experience that I actually planning another trip very soon to this same hotel. I ate in the Palio's Restaurant my first evening there and the dining experience was just as comfortable as my room the staff is so friendly and very HELPFUL!!! I can't wait to return.

It's hard to go wrong with a Westin. The Heavenly Bed and Heavenly Bath are so great, it's easy for me to overlook less luxurious aspects of the hotel. This Westin seems to be a renovation of another property, though I can't be sure. The property feels somewhat dated. The bed is wonderful, and the shower is best-in-class. The bathroom itself is extremely small, to the point where you can't close the bathroom door if you're seated on the toilet. Room service was not good, though they were kind enough to bring crispier fries after the first batch was totally soggy. Again, though, nothing can diminish the excellence of the Heavenly Bed/Heavenly Bath combination--it delivers an incredible night's sleep and an energizing start to the next day.

This 495 room hotel, just a short distance from Hartsfield International Airport, recently underwent an $8 million renovation. A sister hotel to the downtown Westin Peachtree Plaza, the view at the airport hotel is not quite as spectacular as the hotel downtown. The hotel does have two restaurants, a lounge, and even a cigar bar. There is also a fitness center and an indoor/outdoor pool. One of my favorites is the 24-hour room service.
