DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This hotel is run down, and the main picture is very deceptive. The room was smelly, and dirty. There was a ring around the toilet. The sliding closet door was off track. My sheets had what looked like blood on them, and the service was horrible. I was so upset when I left I stopped payment on the Credit Card transaction when I go home. Please Beware

This hotel was nice, but not as nice as I had expected from a Westin. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the shower was awsome. The hotel looked renovated, but I found they could have improved on the overall cleanliness. Our room and the hallways didnt look like it had been vacuumed in a couple weeks. The overall experice was nice, but expected a little more from a 4 star Westin.

This hotel is dirty and the rooms smell like smoke. The hotel needs to be updated. Bathroom caulking is very dirty. You have to pay for parking and the internet. Other nearby hotels do not charge for this. I will not stay here again.On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.

A wonderful experience from the very beginning with exceptional service at the front desk and very clean and elegant room. A slight problem with noisy revelers in a room down the hall was dealt with promptly by security. Hated to leave, will be returning again soon!
