Great Hotel

We were staying at this hotel before we flew back home to California. We were meeting by a bellman before we even got out of the car. He helped my husband get all of our luggage up to our room. The front desk was very helpful and accomodating. Our room was very nice and comfy. The bathroom was small, but we managed for one night. We swam in the pool which was very nice. I would suggest the inside part of the pool because it was stiffling, but outside was very pleasant. We ordered room service which was delicious and very quick. In all they took very good care of us and I would definitely go back if we ever go back to Atlanta.

Very disappointing stay. There was a reunion there on our first night and even after a call to the front desk the noise did not stop in the hallways until after midnight. It was ridiculous!! The upholestered furniture is worn, the bedskirt was just hanging in disarray from the bed, and the shower still had the previous guests hair on the walls. I would never stay there again.

This Westin is one of the nicest hotels in which I've ever stayed, especially for the price. The room was beautiful, clean and had all the creature comforts one could want. The restaurant offered excellent food, and, conveniently served dinner until 11:00 pm. This is important when traveling for business! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will choose to stay here again, if I return to Atlanta.

This hotel was extremely disappointing. The room reeked of smoke, the carpet was dirty and the bathroom needed repairing and remodelling. The meeting rooms were leaking, and the electrical power was unreliable. Ceiling in one meeting room was buckling from water damage. Very unsatisfactory. A down comfortor and dual shower heads are not the only requirements for comfort in a room. The staff was very accommodating.
