Does any hotel charge for wireless internet anymore? They hosted an ecommerce summit, charged for internet, and wanted to charge for the podcasters to have access to phone. Insane with the nickle and dime you to death. And the tiny one cup coffee maker in room forcing you to pay outrageous prices for cup downstairs did not improve my mood.

I ENJOYED MY STAY

After reading some of the other reviews I was hesitant, but I booked the reservations anyway. I am happy I did. All the employes were nice, the shuttle was always available, the hotel in all was clean, and the restaurants inside the hotel was delicious. I am definitely going back next year.

Try some newer hotels around airport with breakfast included

All Marriots are guaranteed non smoking, and the first thing we smelled when we opened the door was stale cigarette smoke. I was too tired to complain, and we rented two rooms with the same problems. I didn't feel as though the cleanliness was adequate, but the smell may have been a contributing factor. The next day the price went down by $30 a room, for the same Sat. night. The hair dryer cord had a burnt hole that appeared to be cigarette hoe burn, and probably unsafe. We were too tired to complain and had to be on a plane by 7 the next AM. No breakfast for three starving children.

Two weeks.. not bad at all

I spent two weeks here on a business trip last summer. The staff was VERY nice and meeting rooms more than did the job. Our room was clean and everything worked as expected. The restaurant food was just OK, but I didn't end up eating there very much anyway. The location was pretty close to the airport, but the hotel itself is a slight bit off of the beaten path. Bring the GPS if you can. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Run-down rooms and ongoing construction

Hard to reach room-construction required a back elevator but directions not clear. Shoddy, run-down room could have used deep cleaning. Patio door did not lock; despite my complaints never fixed.Sloooow and expensive internet access; by the time a page began to load it was time for another payment. Van service to airport/metro too infrequent and rigid; they would not deviate from time schedule so I had to rent a car. Only good feature: brunch, they have a fantastic omelette and waffle guy and a very good selection of food.
