The hotel was nice, the staff was nice, the room was nice; however, there was too much of a musty cologne smell in the lobby, bar and restaurant areas. I would stay here again, but only if they get rid of the heavy cologne smell.

Yes, we would stay there again. Rooms are not large but certainly adequate and clean. The location is extremely convenient. Cocktail lounge is very nice and friendly.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very well decorated. There was even a chandelier over the bed. Very chic and clearly attracts a very upscale, sophisticated kind of clientele, particularly in the lounges on premises. I was there to pick ...Read more

The Copley was above my expectations. It was newly renovated, clean and well attended by staff. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

I go to Boston two or three times a year and always stay in the Copley area. I tried this hotel for the first time and am very glad I did. The staff is very well trained to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but very well appointed. ...Read more
