I stayed here while in town for business. The rooms were large, had a slightly divided area between the bed and the living area. It also came with a desk and a kitchenette area. I liked that the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom area, I could see that this would be nice for multiple guests in the room. The room came with a huge flat screen TV that would swivel back and forth between bed area and living area. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and greeted me immediately upon arrival. I went to use the Kiosk to check-in, but the front desk person called me over as they were free. Maintenance staff was friendly (I had to call them in the late evening) and quick. The Wi-fi worked in my room and I was pleasantly surprised to find that printing in their business center was free. I enjoyed the continental breakfast, which is pretty basic, but was glad to see they had options to purchase hot or additional items. Location was convenient and I would definitely stay here again.
Very Nice, will stay again

Recently stayed here for a three night trip, and I was very impressed. The hotel is very clean and staff was friendly. My room was clean and spacious. The grounds are clean and well kept. Close to stores for your needs and a great Steakhouse is close by called Longhorns. Just DO NOT GO TO HOOTERS on 280. TERRIBLE in EVERY WAY.

I am not pleased with how you handle or manage the operation of keeping room reservations. I made reservation for a king, Hyatt Grand Bed, but during check-in, I was told by the guy working at the front desk that there aren't any more rooms available that I reserved and that the only rooms left are handicapped accessible with one full size bed. Also, he mentioned that the hotel must have overbooked rooms.
Nice hotel and Staff

The only bad thing about my stay was that there was a bunch of softball teams from a tournament and a bachlorette party that was really loud. Other than that it was a pleasant stay
Airport Kiosk Check-in - No Wi Fi

If you are expecting the usual Hyatt experience, the Hyatt Place Inverness will definitely disappoint. The hotel staff directs you to utilize the airpor-esque kiosk check-in. Not a problem if you are breezing in with a laptop and an overnite bag...big problem, if you are checking in with children and bags in tow. Room service? Not so much.... The Hyatt Place Inverness offers kiosk dining as well. The menu is very limited and one of the choices I made was not available. The room was well-decorated and equipped with a huge flat screen TV. The Wi-Fi was not functional. After realizing I could not connect, I walked outside my room only to find three gentlemen carrying laptops... in a vain attempt to find an active Wi-Fi area. The final disappointment was the shower area. The shower area was similiar to a 1980's Days Inn plastic experience. I wondered if the hotel ran out of money when it came to finishing the shower area. I would not stay at a Hyatt "Place" again. Definitely not up to my usual Hyatt experience.
