I discovered after checking out that had left several items behind. When I contacted the hotel the morning after checkout, they said nothing was found, but didn't ask for a description of what they were looking for. Both corporate and the GM of that location could only apologize and asked that I consider this an isolated incident.

I was driving by and saw this hotel, stopped to check for the price and found the front desk staff to be very helpful, my room was very clean and spacious. Lot of Restaurants nearby. The Internet was working fine. Morning Free breakfast had lot of varieties of breads, hot waffles, yogurt and fruit!
This is great place to stay if you want to get to the Airport and downtown as it is near to both. I recommend this hotel for Business traveller and family traveller.

*Front desk staff friendly but incapable. *Phone service rude. *Rooms ratty. *Guests/kids loud, unruly, inconsiderate. *Bathrooms dirty and DANGEROUS. *Hotel blew off letter of concern from both me and the BBB. *Email for details too numerous to list here

You could control the temperature of the air conditioner in the room! It was wonderful! (98 degrees outside)

The staff is competent and very helpful. Room was clean. Bath linens were insufficient. Unattended children running in the halls early Friday a.m. sounded like a public school playground. A dozen people eating breakfast created a long wait and low supplies. My impression was that of a very minimalist facility frequented by unruly families.
