A Decent room for a decent price

It wasn't a 5 start hotel, but then that isn't what I paid for. The room was clean, everything worked and when I found a problem with the first room they quickly moved me into another room. The continental breakfast was mostly pastries and beverages so it isn't something that I care about. The location is easy to get to, about halfway between the airport and downtown.

Since this hotel is near the airport they do need to supply a printer to enable guests to print their boarding pass. My 70 year old Sister and I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I do await the updating of the televisions to HD, that will be good. The breakfast was definitely an added bonus. We really appreciated it. One thing the hotel can improve on is cleaning the rooms in a timely manner. A cuple days were we up and out of the room shopping and to a church program. When we returned at 2:30pm to relax, the room had not been cleaned. This happened more than once.

1st TIME VISITORS TO THE STATES !

We found everyone very helpful, the breakfasts were very good, the room was clean, well equipped and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It's in a good location if you have transport, but we had thought we could use public transport which was practically non-existent in that area and we had to hire a car. Took us a while to get used to the road system and we got lost several times (particularly returning from Northfields which was only a mile or so away!) However, we were made to feel very welcome during our 9 night stay. Perhaps some real china instead of plastic would be better - it would surely be cheaper in the long run to employ someone for an hour to wash up after breakfast? Generally a good location, close to the Airport, Downtown and other attractions providing you have transport; some noise from children (but the fault of their parents/guardians, not the Hotel).

It was a good value and the bed was comfortable and room clean. The front window to the hotel was broken with yellow an black crime tape all over it. Caused concerns about safety. The staff were slow to respond but nice when they did respond. The continental breakfast was more than adequate, and well stocked/replinshed. It is conviently located if traveling to surrounding cities. Very close to a nice mall and good resturaunts. Within 5 minutes.
