Nice place.. but PAY IN CASH!!

iT WAS A NICE RESIDENCE INN.. I KNEW IT WAS NICE DUE TO IT BEING A MARRIOT. i CHECKED IN.. AFTER WAITING 15 MINS B/C ONLY 1 PERSON WAS WORKING THE FRONT DESK. i HAD A STUDIO SO I HAD A FULL KITCHEN. iT WAS A NICE ROOM. i HAD THE BIGGEST PROB WHEN I CHECKED OUT.. THEY OVER CHARGED MY CARD $!!! $ WAS SUPPOSE TO BE ON HOLD FOR INCIDENTALS BUT INSTEAD $ WAS CHARGED.. i WAS LIVID. tHEY TRIED TO FIND OUT WHO AND WHY IT HAPPENED BUT I HAD 2 WAIT 4 DAYS UNTIL I GOT ALL MY MONEY REFUNDED. LESSON LEARNED- USE CASH ALWAYS!!. oTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A DECENT STAY. DONT EXPECT MUCH FROM THE BREAKFAST THOUGH. POWDERED EGGS, COLD POTATOES AND ONLY 2 KINDS OF JUICE. iVE HAD BETTER..
Great Hotel

We had to select a hotel close by to the Philadelphia Port and found this hotel as the best option. We arrived VERY late, 12:45 AM, due to delayed flights and we were very tired. We called for shuttle service and the gentleman was very friendly and quick to get us to the hotel. When we arrived to check-in, the attendant gave us a goodie bag filled with two water bottles and snacks, checked us in and sent us on or marry way to our room in a flash.
I would highly recommend this hotel for the quick and friendly service.
