The town of Banff and the hotel were very quiet (as expected). Hotel staff were excellent, professional, courteous, mostly young New Zealanders and Australians. Hotel amenities were excellent, massage/spa service was very good, hot tub and pool were beautiful.

This is a cute little boutique hotel with fireplaces in the rooms and a romantic Alpine atmosphere. I was a little disappointed given the ambience of the lobby that the furnishings were unimaginative and the room, which was right on the street, was very small. Overall, a nice place to stay for a night though and convenient to downtown Banff.

I was surprised when my wind shield window was cleaned by the staff while it was parked on the parking structure during the night. This kind of extra great service I did not expect.
Loved it!

My wife and I visited from Florida for fall color. The rooms were very clean, staff very helpful and informative and we had a great overall experience. Very convenient to almost everywhere with a short walk. The restaurant had great service and the food was OK, but better deals are only a walk away.
