Staff rude and unpleasant, not at all helpful, especially desk clerk, concierge and a few of the blackjack dealers. Housekeepers were very friendly.

Make sure you go stay somewhere that have helpful, friendly staff and will accept your reservation. Made reservations 6 months in advance, arrived at 8 pm to be told room wasn't ready (check time is 11 am) so room should have been ready. Clerk ...Read more
