I never expected that our stay would be such a wonderful experience. It's my first time to visit newport beach and my family was treated like royalty. From the time we arrived the front desk staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. They remembered our names and always says hi or hello. The food was excellent and my kids loved the pool. If ever there is another chance for me to comeback I will choose Radisson Newport Beach.

I am a frequent traveler in Newport Beach for business, and I choose the Radisson Newport Beach because of it's location to my place of business. The entire hotel staff is warm and accomodating, the rooms are clean and maintained, and the food at Tiffany's is absolutely top notch. I can not think of a better hotel in the area to stay at.

Stayed here for my brother's wedding which was in Newport Beach. There was a group of 10 rooms held and the staff accommodated most of our requests, including putting all of the rooms next to each other. We even added a couple of rooms at the last minute and they were able to give us rooms in the same area. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Hotel is 5 minutes away from John Wayne Airport and next to Benihana restaurant. We had a little reception after the wedding in one of the meeting rooms, and the food that was served was suprisingly delicious! The only complaint we had was that my parents room did not have a refrigerator, and they were the only ones who needed one in their room. Even after several complaints, they still never got their refrigerator.
Not recommended at all.

This hotel is a joke. Quote me one price five minutes later a different price. Check in on the price that was just quoted and the next morning get my bill and it is $* more. Call and complain and then they don't take care of it and all. Room was crap. Rather stay at motel 6. Cheaper and im sure alot cleaner. Funny how there bill envelope state our goal at radisson is 100% guest satisfaction. If you are not satisifed with something, please let us know and we'll make it right or you won't pay. Well this statement is a damm joke because they didn't take care of anything for me.
