Spring Break With The Family

The check in could've been hectic because there were a lot of visitors checking in when we arrived; however, the staff was very courteous and helpful...which made the experience surprisingly efficient. We booked through online travel website , and there was no salesperson giving a strong sales pitch about the amenities. The grounds were well kept and the rooms were clean. Very spacious accomodations. There was plenty of drawer and closet space. Very little disturbance until a family of about 5 moved in the night before we were to leave. I think the adults left the 'tweens' in the room alone while they went out. The pool was large and well kept. The weather was a little cool in early April, but the outside pool was so warm, I would almost bet it was heated. They served hot dogs, hamburgers and the fixins at the poolside cabana (free for owners and charge for guests). They also served drinks - alcoholic and non. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Unbeknownst to us, this is the same resort my sister-in-law owns a time share with. We recognized it when we arrived. We will definitely stay again. Checkout was a breeze. It took all of 5 minutes!

We just got back today. I loved the resort hotel. It was more than what I expected. The location was close to disney and other attractions. The staff was helpful with directions and very informative. I can't think of one single complaint. If your coming here with your family you need to know that this is an extremly large resort. We didn't have any problems with checking or checking out, we greated and escorted to our room. If I had been aware of the size of this large resort and all the activites on the property, I would have cut back on the number of things to do outside of the resort. I believe that I would have been able to schedule somthing for us to do everyday at the resort. I loved the fact that the resort had a grocery store, Pizza hut and several resturants on site. The store and the pizza place also deliver to your room. I plan on going back and staying at this resort with more of my family members. Great hot water and plenty of towels, no problems with this trip except I got lost.

Check in takes forever!!! We got in around 830pm and still waited 45 mins to check in. We never got asked to buy a timeshare there like others posted before. Once you check in you follow them to your building ( you have to drive, the place is huge easy to get lost) and they give you a tour of your room. No housekeeping unless you pay extra for it. You have to wash your own dishes, empty your own trash, and put your own bedsheets outside the door before checking out. We only stayed two days and did not spend alot of time at the villa but seemed really nice. Lots of stuff for kids like putt-putt, paddle boats, and three pools that I seen. Check out was very easy you drive up to main office they take you name and you give them your cards and your done and on your way without getting out of your car.

I have stayed here before for one night when my Aunt had booked her time share several years ago and it was very nice. I had avoided booking here because of all of the bad things I had heard about check in and them pushing the time share sales. We checking on a Saturday. Check in was at 4 and they were set up to let all guests check in at 11:45. The process was very organized with 3 different station stops and very polite curtious staff. We checked into our room and then were escorted to the next station to get the time share tour pitch. It took all of 2 minutes. The woman was very polite and took no for an answer. She was not pushy at all. I expained to her that I had a 1& 2 year old and they were not going to sit. We were 3.2 mile from Disneys Pop Century and propably 3 miles from the Main Magic Kingdom parking area. The location could not have been better. No traffic of I drive is a huge plus. We were in the 5500 bld and could see the fireworks from MK. The room was beautiful and CLEAN. Granite counter and a huge jacuzzi tub and 2 flat screen tvs. The beds were heavenly. Great construction very limited noise. New towels daily. We will ABSOLUTELY BE BACK!!!!! The property had tons of ammenties like mini golf and day care which we never used because we were at the parks every day with family. I can not imagine staying in a 250 sq foot hotel room with 2 little ones after this trip. We are Disney Season pass holders and Florida residents and get substainal discounts for Disney hotels. We will stay here from now on.
