UT Parental Trips to Austin

As a UT student parent - and a resident of TX, I've stayed in Austin a number of times. Finding decent, and reasonable accomodations can be a challenge. This hotel was fairly convenient to the campus (you do need a car).
The room was quiet, clean and well furnished. It was not accessible from the outside - which is good in Austin as driveby traffic and parking lot parties can be noisy. Bedding clean, fresh and an definitely an upgrade from other hotels similarly priced. The room was a suite, so there was ample room and ability to have family members stay. Breakfast good -- the dining room was busy - get there early. All in all a good value and it will be my first choice next time. I'll be glad not to have to search around.
