For the cost I expected a little better. Non smoking was filled and had to have a smoking room, which smelled. Staff were clueless on day-to-day operations. Steak at Porters was cold, not even cooked. Great Location though downtown.

This is Dubuque, For $*, I expect more. We were given a room on the concierge floor, but there was no concierge, no free breakfast, no special amenities whatsoever Front desk had no knowledge of my prepaid reservation, and tried to charge me again.
