Perfect for Braves Game

If your trip to Atlanta includes plans to see the Braves, this is the perfect spot. They have a shuttle bus that will take you anywhere within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. This includes the Georgia Aquarium, CNN center, World of Coke, Olympic Park. They give you the cell number of the driver so you can speak to him directly. The cost for parking is $18 per night...it's worth it...its gated and safe. The shuttle is an immense time saver...you'll pay that to park downtown anyway, lose time, and probably get lost in the process.
Staff is very nice, room was clean, and everything worked. We were given 2 complimentary tickets for the great breakfast due to a problem with our reservation that wasn't the fault of the hotel.
Hotel is just north of Turner Field...the shuttle will take you down to the game, but cannot pick you up due to traffic. Its an easy walk however back to the hotel. There is great on/off access from I-75/85 as well.
slow elevators slow service

You have to wait forever to get on the elevator and what I found out was that all staff (Maintenance, housekeepers and all other staff) use the same elevators and hold the door close button in to keep the elevator from stopping at the floors. I witnessed this myself. The pool was ice cold and my kids did not enjoy swimming. Plus they allowed people with coolers of beer around the pool. Something I don't want around my kids is a bunch of drunks. Also there were not enough people at the front desk and both on checking in and out I had to wait in a line that was all the way to the door of they lobby.

When i arrived at the holiday in on friday the 22 i was greeted by a welcoming young woman she was really nice overall, she had told me parking would be $15 per night.. but when i check out the guy charged me $18 per night, when i talked to him he didn't have much to say... When i stayed there the internet did not work we called the front desk which they gave us a number to handle... not themselves, the internet comapny basically said they don't have internet... false advertisment... Again I was waiting to see the pool and possibly take a swim but when i get to the door it wouldn't open and a man had told me it was closed until the inspector could come out? The hotel couldn't give us a time frame... In the room everything was ok except the walls were so thin you could HEAR everything... which was disturbing. In the bathroom they have a policy that says "forget something?" - you can call the front desk and ask them for shaving cream,razors, and ect.... complimentary but they told me i could buy those things in the shop...I would re-think about staying at this hotel there food choice is limited and charge a deliver fee... if you want room service in there hotel??? One more thing during the games they let people park in the garage for a fee, and there where some shady characters and not alot of security.
I really did not feel like a guest...

No one seems to take on responsibility at this property. Passing the buck is common practice. It was difficult to get anyone to even book my reservation; I kept being transferred to different departments, each time being told that so-and-so would be able to help me. At check-in, the front desk was neither helpful nor hospitable. They were dismissive, uninterested, and rude! Decent enough accommodations, but the customer service was incredibly lacking!

Just went for leisure. Great location/staff. Very clean, shuttle was excellent. Was on time pick up and drop off was never a problem! Service all the main attractions for the entire family. Very clean and cozy, not too pricey. Daily room cleaning. Business center was reliable. Would stay Again!
