The hotel accomodations are fine and the service is good. The only complaint is that the quality and timeliness of room services was not consistent. The doorman had difficulty finding cabs for us, but that's more a function of the hotel's location than anything else.

a bveautiful hotel within walking distance of anything you could want to do. staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous, room was emmaculate

Spent a week there in October, 06 and enjoyed a wonderful all-around experience. Staff was courteous and at check-in automatically upgraded our room to a King.The room was beautiful, spacious and the bed very comfortable. The location could not be better, in the middle of Midtown Manhattan 2 blks from Times Square and from Grand Central Station. The onsite restaurant was very good. The gym was well equiped and a full workout was no problem. The only improvement I would recommend is onsite spa services. All around, a great hotel that I highly recommend and would definitely stay in again.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful it was nice & clean & the staff was friendly & profesional. If i ever come to New York this is the only place ill ever stay again & i will tell everyone i know what a nice place it was & that they should stay there also the location was good close to everything.

Avoid this hotel at any cost unless you want to ruin your vacation. We got the worst service at this hotel. Management is very rude and non-accomodating to the guests.
