Good Value Hotel

Ternderloin area is really a homeless arena, dirty and noisy. This is not definitely a Hotel for families with kids or lone women. On the other side, the staff is extremely helpful and professional. The value considering the cost is high. Overlall it was a good choice for us.

Hotel Renior is in a horrible location Mcallister St is filled with people that live on the street. It was scary to leave night and day. We had to sleep with the tv on at night, they were so loud and we were on the 7th floor of the hotel with windows shut. One night I would up to people outside yelling at 3:30am about fighting each other and you can just imagine what was said. As a travel agent myself I wouldn't recommend that hotel because of the location. The hotel itself is very plain just a room nice not dirty but not worth recommending

lots of bums out and around the hotel, but perfect location. A block away from every type of public transportation you need, including the BART that takes you from in front of the airport to the front of the hotel and back for only 3.25 each way!!!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were decent, just keep in mind the hotel is a little old. But what made this place stand out was the EXCELLENT staff. They were very helpful and willing to go out of their way to help us. I have never experienced such wonderful outgoing service in a hotel before. Thank you!!

We had a great stay here. Would recommend highly. Good location and very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Best value.
