We ended up staying in 3 diffent rooms while there. 2 of the 3 were gross; stained carpets,dirty walls, nasty bathrooms, and plenty of bugs. Beds were dirty and hard. The last room we stayed in was decent, it was cleaner and no bugs. Security is useless. Pool area is nice. Parking terrible, don't rent a car instead upgrade to a better hotel. There are buses that go everywhere you need.

Too many roaches, when I complained, they brought in some raid, but that only brought them out more.
Dirty

We did not know we had to pay extra for parking in their garage, the rooms were infested with bugs, the bathrooms were small and filthy and the front desk lost two of our families' reservations. Photos needs to be updated.
Think Twice Before You Stay Here

The picture of the hotel needs to be updated. The hotel is older than shown, and dirty. Security is not as secure. People would enter without showing their keys. The hotel rooms are small even when they indicate "deluxe";bathroom doors hit the toilet, so it's impossible for one person to shower while the other uses the mirror to get dressed; we felt the beds were dirty and should be sprayed before we got into them. This was a bad experience for us.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is small and the tub does not drain. Very gross. The bed is like sleeping an a cardboard box.
