Be sure to completely understand what is included. I was certain breakfast was included only to find out it was not.

I would have given the service a 6 if I could have! All went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. Rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. A bit far from downtown, but a metro bus stop is nearby, and it's $1 for a 24 hour pass!

My husband and I went to Austin to attend a wedding. The hotel is conveniently located, recently updated and very clean and well kept. The staff is courteous and extremely accommodating. The rooms are comfortable as are the beds. This is the place to stay in Austin!

Staff could not do enough,very attentive,very clean rooms,great breakfast buf.Entire hotel spotless..You had the feeling yhat they were glad you were there. Great place.......

All the help had wonderful attitudes and seemed to try everything they could to make your visit enjoyable. Newer decor, impecably clean, soft beds, great breakfast buffet, buisness center with computers and printers for business needs. I was amazed at the quality of this place for the price. Would definitely stay here again.
