I Recently came to Anchorage for a visit... I havn't seen my fiance in a few months, when I got here I decided to look for something that had monthly rates (wasn't sure how long I was going to be here.) I looked in the newspaper and saw that the "Anchorage suite lodge" had a posting for $ a month and it sounded reasonal at the time. They made it sound as if they had wireless internet in the rooms, rooms with a kitchen for that same amount, good location.. you know the works! When we got there the location was horrible. Bad part of town. We checked in paying for a month asked for a receipt and when we looked at it, it said I had only paid for a week! When I asked about it...they didnt know they had made a mistake. So we get to the room, no kitchen. only one sheet on a dirty stained bed with unvaccumed floors, no screen on the windows. The remote didn't work. The refrigertor was FILTHY! Towels were dirty, we asked for a refund and were denied.. we thought maybe we could make this work, somehow... They took half the deposit for housekeeping purposes when the housekeeping at this place did NOT exsist in the first place.. we had to pay extra for clean sheets, towels, toiletries, and an extra fee for unknown purposes. The garbage was full and disgusting. How is it that the owner's have such super nice things and such a crappy rundown disgusting place!? The public kitchen had no utilities to cook with and can't forget it was located in what was once a room or used bathroom! That smelled like dirty luandry and urine! I hope all the money I put into my stay was at least put towards some phones that actually work at the very least.

Me and my wife spent 2 nights before our cruise trip. Good service and room was very clean. Continental breakfast was just baked waffle and fresh coffee and yogurt very healthy breakfast. Price and services was very reasonable. Very friendly staff. It was pleasant stay and we like to thank you staff.

We had conference in Anchorage for our tribe. Me and my wife had very plesant stay in this hotel. Atmosphere in neighberhood was safe. We really enjoyed in Anchorage. Room was nice and clean. Staff was very kind and professional. We like to recommend to our friend and other who wants to travel to Anchorage.

We stayed this hotel last week. My wife loved this hotel. She enjoyed cooking and full rest during our stay. I will return to this hotel next my trip. Hotel room was very comfortable and neat. Cosy and clean. Well, I llke to thank you hotel staff. See you there. I will come back next summer.

You want to travel for 10-14 day. This place is perfect. Price is good. Service and staff performance is very nice. Only thing they don't have elevator but good exercise^^ only 2floor basically. I made 1week reservation and we extended of stay. They have share kitchen. Wireless Internet. Coin Laundry. Full HBO cable. Nice fresh mufin for breakfast. Just place perfect for family
