The room was very old- carpets were stained, blankets looked dingy, faucets didn't work, toilet was falling apart. The hotel has renovated minor parts of each room (ie new tv) instead of focusing on fixing the entire room. Staff was friendly and ...Read more

Poor and old

Nice lobby, rooms tired and small. poor breakfast. nothing around, not a lively area. I prefer bastille, marais, grands boulevards or saint germin. staff ok when not often busy.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. The room was typical --very small but adequate. One member of the staff was downright rude.

The hotel was in a good location for both walking and travel on the metro. Nothing fancy about the hotel or the room but it served the purpose. My only complaint was the staff was not friendly and helpful and one of them was really rude.

The pictures online don't exactly give the right impression. The foyer is nice but our room was very small. There was hardly any space to put our luggage. There was a thick smell in the room. The elevator is extremely slow and rickety. The bed ...Read more
